brief introduction
With the continuous development of China's economy and the rapid progress of science and technology, robots have been widely used in industries such as palletizing, gluing, spot welding, arc welding, spraying, transportation, and measurement.
There are many reasons, including the type of packaging, factory environment, and customer needs, that have turned palletizing into a difficult bone in a packaging factory. In order to overcome these difficulties, various aspects of palletizing equipment are being developed and improved, including from robots to software to manipulate them. The growing demand for flexibility in the market has affected many aspects of packaging, including the later stages of production lines. Retail customers, especially those influential supermarkets such as Wal Mart, often need to customize some random pallets, but they have to customize each pallet, and the form of pallets is only occasionally repeated. Moreover, the efficient production of such random pallets is relatively difficult.

After the workers have finished packing the products, they enter conveyor line 1, the products are transported to the sealing machine, and then pass through conveyor line 2. In line 2, there is a positioning device, also known as a positioning baffle (which has been successfully applied in Wahaha production line). This device and positioning plate can complete the rotation and positioning of the box, allowing the box to be positioned on the left side, and then transported to buffer zone 1, where there is a booster device, This device can appropriately transport the box to an empty space and push the buffer zone 2 with the filled tray. Above the buffer zone is a stacking robot. The robot lifts 15 boxes (15 in small bags, 8-10 in boxes and tins) vertically through the suction cups of the robot. It runs horizontally to avoid a safe passage, with a width and height of 2 meters. After passing through the safety passage, the robot is placed vertically in the stacking area. The front positioning baffle has rotated the box, so the robot does not need to rotate. After placement, Return to the original path. After completing 10 layers of code stamps in the code stamp area, the forklift will fork them away and place them on an empty code tray. The front buffer zone 2 code disk is empty after the box is removed, and can be manually removed and placed in buffer zone 1 when the buffer zone 1 code disk is transported.
The system is also equipped with an emergency stop button, which can be manually and automatically stopped; The working range of the robot support frame is equipped with a grating safety system. In case of a fault or abnormality, the alarm signal light will be on, and the system will stop in an emergency. The system can continue to operate only after the alarm is cleared in manual mode; With automatic memory function, it can continue to complete the work after power failure or fault conditions.
working principle
A layer of workpieces on a flat plate that meets the requirements of the pallet. The flat plate and the workpieces move forward until the vertical surface of the pallet is reached. The upper stopper rod descends, and the other three-way positioning stopper rod starts clamping. At this time, the flat plate is reset. Each workpiece is lowered to the pallet plane, which is 10mm away from the bottom surface of the plate, and the pallet is lowered by one workpiece height. Repeat the above until the stacking of pallets meets the set requirements. The palletizing robot is equipped with a specially designed multifunctional gripper, which allows the robot to firmly grip and transport the packaging box using vacuum suction cups regardless of the size or weight of the packaging box.
