Operation control: wire winding, spot welding and glue dispensing
Winding, spot soldering and dispensing are all common electronic assembly processes. In wire winding, copper or other types of wire are typically used as coils and insulating tape or other insulating material is used to secure the coils to the circuit board. In spot soldering, the coils are aligned with the pads on the circuit board and then the two are instantly soldered by passing an electric current to generate high temperatures. For dispensing, glue is applied to the gap between the coil and the board to fill the gap and ensure insulation. nOM-R000A is equipped with NECRO real-time operating system and NSS runtime, supports PLCOPEN motion library, and supports cam, gear, circular arc and linear interpolation to meet all kinds of operation scenarios.
